Kraemer Consulting Engineers, PLLC is a great place to work. From the beginning back in 1994, KCE has steadily grown from 3 people to a staff of over twenty five. The majority of our staff has been with us for over ten years, and several have been here from the start. During that time, our staff has worked together, played together, and enjoyed watching each others children grow up. KCE enjoys a solid reputation in the engineering community mostly due to our long term commitment from our employees and the relationships built over the years. This can only be possible from the empowerment and family environment we encourage at the office. KCE plans many office outings during the year and all employees are encouraged to bring their entire family.
Each employee is encouraged to participate in engineering-related organizations, seminars, training, and professional development courses. We want our employees to grow both professionally and personally.
